How are the boards shipped and kept fresh?
All Boarderie boards are shipped via overnight delivery in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to eat.
Do I need to arrange the food myself?
No, our boards arrive fully arranged and pre-cut. You simply need to remove the board from the box, peel back the vacuum seal, and enjoy.
Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Yes, you can select a specific delivery date during the checkout process up to 365 days in advance, making it perfect for holidays and events.
How long will my board stay fresh after arrival?
When kept refrigerated in its original vacuum seal, your board will stay fresh for up to 7-10 days. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 24 hours.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
